WHAT IS TIMELAPSE?
A timelapse is a video in which a larger amount of surveillance images are put together to form a video sequence. Timelapse works the opposite of slow motion, as a video sequence plays faster than it is taken, rather than slower.
For example, you can set the camera to take 1 picture every half hour over a few days . When the surveillance images are then put together, they form a timelapse video, where you can quickly and easily see the activity in the area over the last few days.
TIMELAPSE SYSTEM
SITE SECURITY apps enables self-configuring timelapse videos to their own preference. You can set everything from which camera to use, what time period to take pictures in, what time periods, and the amount of pictures per day.
For example, you can set your surveillance camera to take one picture every hour between 07:00 - 17:00 for 3 months and then make a timelapse video. The number of pictures determines how long the video will be, and the larger the number of pictures taken, the longer the final timelapse video will be.
