In the customer portal, you can easily configure who receives what - and when. We call it "Report recipients," and it makes it simple and clear to keep the right people informed - with exactly the insights they need.

You can choose between:

• Daily summaries of alarms

• Daily summaries of units that have lost power

• Instant notifications about alarms, power status, and disarm/arm events

Yet another feature that makes it easier to stay in full control and keep an overview.
